    Marky Cielo, born on May 12, 1988, in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, was a Filipino actor and dancer.

    He was the first known actor from the Igorot ethnic group in the Philippine showbiz industry. Marky gained popularity by participating and winning the talent show 'StarStruck' on March 12, 2006.

    Early Career:

    In just two years, Marky played lead roles in several television shows, including 'Fantastikids' (2006), 'Asian Treasures' (2007), 'Boys Nxt Door' (2007), 'Zaido: Pulis Pangkalawakan' (2007-2008), 'Sine Novela: Kaputol ng Isang Awit' (2008), and his last work, 'LaLola' (2008).
