Biography

Margie (born Margaret Mary Kleinitz) grew up on a dairy farm in near Bairnsdale, Victoria, Australia. The second eldest of seven children to Raymond and Maureen Kleinitz, she attended Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, where she completed a Bachelor of Business (Marketing).

After a corporate career working for organizations such as BP and KPMG, Margie went back to college to study psychology at Deakin University before beginning a new career in coaching and leadership development. She completed her PhD in human development at Fielding Graduate University in 2020.^[1] She is also on the advisory board of the Forbes School of Business & Technology, within University of Arizona Global Campus.
